Maple Pork
Ingredients
- 3 lbs. pork ribs cut into 2 inch pieces
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 cup lemon juice or cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
Instructions
- Cook at low heat for about 3 hours, until pork is tender.
