- 1 cup milk or almond milk
- 1 banana, preferably frozen
- 1 tsp orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1/2 cup frozen berries or fruit
- 5 leaves kale
- Blend all the ingredients together. Serve.
If your milkshake is too thick, you can thin it out with water or milk. If your milkshake is too thin, you can thicken it with more frozen fruit or ice.
