Pulled Pork

pork shoulder

vegetable oil

barbecue sauce

apple cider vinegar

chicken broth

light brown sugar

Dijon mustard

Worcestershire sauce

chili powder

chopped into 1 cm pieces

Buns for serving
Instructions
Spread the oil over the bottom of the slow cooker. Place the pork shoulder on top.
Mix the rest of the ingredients. Pour over the meat.
Cook on high for 6 hours.
Shred the pork with 2 forks. Cook on high for 1 more hour.
Serve on buns.
