Ingredients

beef flank steak, sliced

soy sauce

Worcestershire sauce

garlic powder

onion powder

black pepper

tsp
chili powder

tbsp
honey
Instructions
Mix ingredients. Marinate overnight.
Thread toothpicks through the meat slices and hang from oven racks. Place a tray under the meat to catch the drippings.
"Bake" at 50 C with the oven door slightly open. The jerky will be ready in about 8 hours.
