Classic Beef Jerky
- 1 kg beef flank steak, sliced
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 3/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp honey
- Mix ingredients. Marinate overnight.
- Thread toothpicks through the meat slices and hang from oven racks. Place a tray under the meat to catch the drippings.
- "Bake" at 50 C with the oven door slightly open. The jerky will be ready in about 8 hours.
