Pan-Fried Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 500 g shrimp
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 3 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced

Instructions

  • Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix in shrimp, tossing until well-coated.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook until golden and curled, about 3 minutes per side.
  • Sprinkle with lemon juice to serve.
