Pan-Fried Shrimp
Ingredients
- 500 g shrimp
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 3 tbsp canola oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
Instructions
- Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix in shrimp, tossing until well-coated.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook until golden and curled, about 3 minutes per side.
- Sprinkle with lemon juice to serve.
