Honey-Citrus Baked Salmon

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets 1.5 kg
- 4 tbsp honey 84 g
- 3 tbsp lime juice 45 g
- 2 tbsp orange juice 30 g
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Grease a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking pan. Pre-heat oven to 400° F.
- Place salmon, skin-side down, in the prepared baking pan. Combine the honey, lime juice, and orange juice, stirring until well blended. Spoon the honey and juice mixture over the fillets, then sprinkle the fillets with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
