Heat the oven to 400 °F.
Remove the rough end from the asparagus, and cut the asparagus into 10 cm pieces.
Cut the bacon strips in half.
Wrap 3-4 pieces asparagus in a piece of bacon, and hold in place with a toothpick through the bacon and several pieces of aparagus.
Cook the bacon in the oven for 20 minutes, rotating after 10 minutes.
Set the oven to broil, and broil for 2 more minutes.
