Lamb Chops à l'Orange
Ingredients

lamb shoulder arm chops
about 1 inch thick each

oz
jar of orange marmalade

tbsp
butter

tbsp
dry sherry
1
clove
garlic
minced

tsp
salt
Instructions
Pre-heat the broiler.
Over low heat, warm all ingredients except the lamb chops.
Put lamb chops in broiling pan, and cover with sauce.
Broil 10-15 minutes, turning once and basting with sauce.
