Lamb Chops à l'Orange

Ingredients

  • 8 lamb shoulder arm chops about 1 inch thick each
  • 10 oz jar of orange marmalade
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp dry sherry
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Pre-heat the broiler.
  • Over low heat, warm all ingredients except the lamb chops.
  • Put lamb chops in broiling pan, and cover with sauce.
  • Broil 10-15 minutes, turning once and basting with sauce.
