Beat the eggs in a bowl.
In a saucepan, mix all the other ingredients on low heat.
Slowly add the eggs, making sure the heat is low enough to prevent coagulation. You may want to remove the saucepan from the heat for a couple minutes before adding the eggs. If any coagulation occurs, blend it until smooth and then put it back on the stove to thicken.
After the eggs are mixed in, increase heat to medium and cook until thickened.
