Turkey Meatballs
Servings: 28 meatballs
Ingredients
- 1 kg lean ground turkey
- 48 g crackers
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ground thyme
- 1 tsp sage
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 °F.
- In a blender, blend the crackers, onion powder, garlic powder, thyme, sage, and black pepper.
- Mix together with the turkey, rosemary, eggs, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Shape into grease your hands with oil, and roll into 45 g meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a greased baking sheet and cook for 20 minutes, flipping once after 10 minutes. Make sure they are cooked all the way through.
Notes
Instead of making meatballs, you can make 8 sandwich patties, each weighing about 140 g.
Cook in a cast iron skiller over medium heat for 2 minutes, then flip and cook for 2 more minutes. Flip, cover, and cook for 4 more minutes. Flip, and cook covered for another 4 minutes. Ensure that the patties are fully cooked through.
