Peanut Butter Chocolate Marshmallow Squares
Ingredients
- 1 cup smooth peanut butter 250 g
- 1/2 cup butter 113 g
- 225 g chocolate chips
- 500 g mini marshmallows preferably multi-coloured
Instructions
- Melt butter, peanut butter, and chocolate chips in a pot on the stove at medium-low heat. Stir often.
- Once melted, remove from the heat, and add marshmallows. Stir until well mixed.
- Pour into a greased 9x9 pan. Place in fridge to cool (about 2 hours).
- Cut and serve.
