Crush the garlic and ginger.
In a small pot, mix all the ingredients together.
Bring to a boil, and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
With 10 minutes left before the wings are done cooking, remove them from the oven and stir them into the honey garlic sauce, coating the wings thoroughly.
Transfer the wings back to the tray and return them to the oven for the last 10 minutes. Simmer any remaining honey garlic sauce gently.
Remove the wings from the oven, and pour any remaining sauce over the wings.
