Chimichurri

Ingredients

  • 1 cup olive oil 210 g
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar 60 g
  • 6-8 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1 cup flat leaf parsley 50 g, chopped
  • 1 red chili finely chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a 500 mL canning jar. Shake well.
  • Store in the refrigerator. Tastes best after sitting for 2-24 hours.
