Chimichurri
Ingredients
- 1 cup olive oil 210 g
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar 60 g
- 6-8 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 cup flat leaf parsley 50 g, chopped
- 1 red chili finely chopped
- 1/2 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a 500 mL canning jar. Shake well.
- Store in the refrigerator. Tastes best after sitting for 2-24 hours.
