Chimichurri
Ingredients
- 210 g olive oil
- 60 g red wine vinegar
- 6-8 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 50 g flat leaf parsley about 1 cup, chopped
- 1 red chili finely chopped
- 1/2 tbsp dried oregano
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients, and mix well. Store in the refrigerator.
- Tastes best after sitting for 2-24 hours.
