Apple Pie

Ingredients
- 4 apples chopped
- 100 g white sugar 1/2 cup
- 15 g lemon juice 1 tbsp
- 5 g vanilla 1 tsp
- 1.5 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 °F.
- Roll out the bottom pie crust, and lay it on the pie tray.
- Roll out the top pie crust.
- Mix together all the ingredients.
- Place in the tray, and cover with another pie crust.
- Cook at 450 °F for 10 minutes.
- Reduce heat to 350 °F, then cook for 30-50 minutes more.
