Apple Pie

Ingredients

  • 4 apples chopped
  • 100 g white sugar 1/2 cup
  • 15 g lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • 5 g vanilla 1 tsp
  • 1.5 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450 °F.
  • Roll out the bottom pie crust, and lay it on the pie tray.
  • Roll out the top pie crust.
  • Mix together all the ingredients.
  • Place in the tray, and cover with another pie crust.
  • Cook at 450 °F for 10 minutes.
  • Reduce heat to 350 °F, then cook for 30-50 minutes more.
