- 1 large yam
- 2 tsp canola oil
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- Preheat the oven to 425 °F.
- Peel the yam, cut into wedges, and put in a 9" x 13" casserole dish.
- Add the remaining ingredients and stir until evenly coated.
- Bake for about 25 minutes, turning the fries once after about 15 minutes.
