Tzatziki
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cucumber finely grated
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped
Instructions
- On a paper towel, gently squeeze the excess water out of the grated cucumber.
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Chill.
