Bacon-wrapped Asparagus
Ingredients
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 454 g bacon thick sliced
- toothpicks
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 400 °F.
- Remove the rough end from the asparagus, and cut the asparagus into 10 cm pieces.
- Cut the bacon strips in half.
- Wrap 3-4 pieces asparagus in a piece of bacon, and hold in place with a toothpick through the bacon and several pieces of aparagus.
- Cook the bacon in the oven for 20 minutes, rotating after 10 minutes.
- Set the oven to broil, and broil for 2 more minutes.
