Vietnamese Nuoc Cham Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar 110 g
- 2 lemons 75 g
- 2/3 cup fish sauce 190 g
- 1 cup water 250 g
- 4 cloves garlic 8 g
- 2 carrots 250 g
- 1 daikon 250 g
- 2 tsp chili paste 15 g
Instructions
- Juice the lemons.
- Peel and thinly slice the daikon and the carrots.
- Mince the garlic.
- Mix all ingredients together. Flavours improve after sitting for 4-24 hours.
