Vietnamese Nuoc Cham Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1/3 cup fish sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 carrot thinly sliced or julienned
- 1-2 tsp chili paste
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients. Flavours improve after sitting for 1-24 hours.
