Vietnamese Nuoc Cham Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 lemons juiced
  • 2/3 cup fish sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 carrot thinly sliced or julienned
  • 1 daikon thinly sliced or julienned
  • 1-2 tsp chili paste

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together. Flavours improve after sitting for 1-24 hours.
