Vietnamese Nuoc Cham Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 lemons juiced
- 2/3 cup fish sauce
- 1 cup water
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 carrot thinly sliced or julienned
- 1 daikon thinly sliced or julienned
- 1-2 tsp chili paste
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together. Flavours improve after sitting for 1-24 hours.
