Thai Chicken with Basil

Ingredients
- 500 g boneless skinless chicken breast
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 6 cloves garlic 30 g
- 4 jalapeños 110 g
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- corn starch
- 1/4 cup fresh Thai basil chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh mint chopped
- 4 loaves naan bread
Instructions
- Cut chicken breast into 2 bytes pieces.
- Peel and dice the garlic.
- Seed and dice the jalapeños. You should end up with about 85 g.
- Heat oil in wok or 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Cook garlic and jalapeños in oil, stirring constantly, until garlic is golden brown.
- Add chicken, fish sauce, and sugar, and cover with a lid. Stir-fry 8-10 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
- If there is still lots of liquid, add corn starch to thicken the sauce.
- Garnish with basil and mint. Serve with naan bread.
