Parmesan Dill Carrots
- 1/2 pound small carrots
- Parmesan cheese
- Dill weed
- Steam the carrots until they are for tender (about 3-4 minutes)
- Add a small amount of butter to the carrots.
- Spread on a baking pan, and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and dill weed.
- Broil for 1 minute.
