- 1.5 cup diced onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 500 mL sour cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp bacon fat
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce optional
- Add the bacon fat, onions, garlic, and salt to a frying pan. Cook the onions until caramelized, about 15-20 minutes.
- Blend the onions until smooth. Some lumps are okay.
- Add the sour cream and Worcestershire sauce, and mix well.
- Let sit in the fridge for 1 hour before serving.
