Onion Dip

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup diced onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 500 mL sour cream
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp bacon fat
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce optional

Instructions

  • Add the bacon fat, onions, garlic, and salt to a frying pan. Cook the onions until caramelized, about 15-20 minutes.
  • Blend the onions until smooth. Some lumps are okay.
  • Add the sour cream and Worcestershire sauce, and mix well.
  • Let sit in the fridge for 1 hour before serving.
