Lamb Chops à l'Orange
- 8 lamb shoulder arm chops about 1 inch thick each
- 10 oz jar of orange marmalade
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp dry sherry
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tsp salt
- Pre-heat the broiler.
- Over low heat, warm all ingredients except the lamb chops.
- Put lamb chops in broiling pan, and cover with sauce.
- Broil 10-15 minutes, turning once and basting with sauce.
