Iced Tea
Ingredients
- 10 cups water 2365 g
- 1/4 cup loose green tea leaves 15 g
- 1 tbsp honey 21 g
- 1 tbsp lemon juice 15 g
Optional
- 10 leaves mint chopped
- 1 peach
Instructions
- Bring water to a boil. As it is boiling, add the honey and lemon juice. Remove from heat.
- Add tea leaves. If using, add mint or peach.
- Let steep for 10 minutes with the lid off.
- Strain out the tea leaves.
- Chill.
- Stir before serving to prevent flavour from settling at the bottom.
