Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 6 avocados 1 kg total, 700 g flesh
  • 2 Roma tomatoes 200 g total, 160 g seeded and diced
  • 1/2 cup white onion 65 g, diced
  • 3 jalapeƱo peppers ? g total, 130 g seeded and diced
  • 1/2 cup cilantro leaves 12 g, chopped
  • 6 tbsp lime juice 90 g
  • 1.5 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Mash the avocados.
  • Add everything else, and stir well.
