Greek Salad

Ingredients

Salad

  • 6 sweet bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 English cucumber, chopped
  • 1 cup kalamata olives
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 2 cups feta cheese, crumbled

Dressing

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1.5 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

Instructions

  • Chop the peppers, cucumber, and onion ahead of time and put in fridge.
  • Make dressing and crumble feta cheese ahead of time.
  • Add dressing, feta cheese, and kalamata olives to pepper mix about 1 hour before eating.
