Crepe Recipe

Servings: 25 crepes


  • 4.5 cups flour
  • 4 cups milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 2 tbsp canola oil


  • Pre-heat raclette machine for 5-8 minutes. If using a frying pan on the stove, put heat to medium-high.
  • Pour a small laddle of batter in the middle of the plate. Spread immediately with the spreader (without pressing) in a circular movement from the centre.
  • Wipe the spreader after each crepe. Leave the batter to cook for about 2 minutes on each side.
