Servings: 25 crepes
- 4.5 cups flour
- 4 cups milk
- 6 eggs
- 2 pinches salt
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- Pre-heat raclette machine for 5-8 minutes. If using a frying pan on the stove, put heat to medium-high.
- Pour a small laddle of batter in the middle of the plate. Spread immediately with the spreader (without pressing) in a circular movement from the centre.
- Wipe the spreader after each crepe. Leave the batter to cook for about 2 minutes on each side.
