Chicken Wings
Ingredients
- 2 kg chicken wings
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- Freshly ground pepper
Instructions
- Mix together the dry ingredients.
- Using a paper towel, dry off the chicken wings.
- Rub the dry ingredients over the wings.
- Cook in an air fryer at 350 °F for 12 minutes.
- Flip, and cook at 350 °F for another 12 minutes.
- Flip, and cook at 400 °F for another 6 minutes.
- Pour marinade over the wings and serve.
Notes
To make the rub in bulk (just under 2 cups), use the following proportions:
1 cup (200 g)
3 tbsp salt (56 g)
1/3 cup garlic powder (62 g)
