Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 2 kg chicken wings
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • Freshly ground pepper

Instructions

  • Mix together the dry ingredients.
  • Using a paper towel, dry off the chicken wings.
  • Rub the dry ingredients over the wings.
  • Cook in an air fryer at 350 °F for 12 minutes.
  • Flip, and cook at 350 °F for another 12 minutes.
  • Flip, and cook at 400 °F for another 6 minutes.
  • Pour marinade over the wings and serve.

Notes

To make the rub in bulk (just under 2 cups), use the following proportions:
1 cup (200 g)
3 tbsp salt (56 g)
1/3 cup garlic powder (62 g)
