Apple Crisp

Ingredients

  • 4 cups apples chopped
  • 1/2 cup flour 60 g
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 100 g
  • 1/4 cup butter unsalted, 55 g
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 F.
  • Put the apples into a pie plate.
  • With a pastry blender blend together the remaining ingredients. They should be "lightly worked" to avoid becoming oily.
  • Spread the topping over the apples.
  • Bake at 375 F for about 30 minutes.
