- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- Crush and dice the garlic.
- Combine all the ingredients, except salt and pepper, and mix well.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
This vinaigrette tastes good with green salads and Greek salads as well.
